Jonathan Clark is a founder partner of Citisoft. Having studied Accounting and Finance at Bristol, he moved into the investment management sector in the early 1980's and has since undertaken consultancy assignments for many of the most respected City and global institutions. Jonathan has extensive financial business knowledge with direct experience of most areas of investment management, having worked on multiple projects throughout the full investment process. Jonathan is regularly quoted in the press and is the Global CEO of Citisoft. |

CEO - Citisoft EMEA
Howard has extensive knowledge of the financial markets and the systems used. This knowledge has built up over 20 years working within the investment management industry and establishing strategic alliances. Howard started his City career with a leading data and service provider. He designed and implemented Investment Management systems and operations as well as being involved in operational mergers. Howard has led strategic requirement definition, selection and implementation projects and continues to be responsible for managing Citisoft's EMEA expansion. Howard has an MBA majoring in Strategy, Finance, Innovation and Marketing.

Valerie is responsible for new business development, client relationship management and company marketing activities for Citisoft, plc. Her previous experiences as chairman, director and advisor on strategy and business expansion on a number of boards are supported by Valerie’s extensive involvement in the investment management industry.
Prior to joining Citisoft, Valerie was Account and Business Development Director for a major vendor specializing in trade confirmation and settlement. |

Neil is a Principal Consultant and head of Citisoft's Wealth Management Practice. Neil has over twenty years experience of investment management business processes and systems gained from working for private banks; private wealth managers; institutional investment managers; stockbrokers; and software suppliers. His wide ranging experience includes strategic advice and change management; project management; business analysis; test management; system selection; custodian selection; outsourcing selection; and all aspects of the project implementation lifecycle. Neil has extensive knowledge of the whole of the investment management lifecycle from front office through middle office; back office; settlement and custody.

Ian Mainwaring joined Citisoft as a Business Consultant. With twenty years experience of Investment Banking and Asset Management, Ian has business, technical and project management knowledge across a broad spectrum of front office trading systems and business areas. Specialising in OTC derivatives including vanilla and exotic interest rate products, credit and loan derivatives, exchange traded derivatives and traditional fixed income products. This business expertise is complimented with a solid technical background of selecting, designing, building and the implementation of key front office trading solutions. Ian is also well versed in areas of hedging, valuation and operational risk management of derivative products.
Ian has held a variety of positions across many institutions where he was responsible for amongst others Electronic Trading, Order Management and Algorithmic Trading Systems for cross-asset products, where he provided both business and technical expertise to the front and middle offices. |

Paul has over 21 years of experience providing investment management systems and operations services to leading firms, including investment managers, mutual fund complexes, insurance companies, and trust companies. Prior to joining Citisoft, Paul was a Partner with IBM Global Business Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers and was responsible for the US Investment Management practice.

Tom Secaur was a co-founder of the specialist investment management consultancy, The Rowan Group, and joined Citisoft through the merger in 2002. Prior to The Rowan Group, Tom worked for over eight years at Thomson Financial, successfully managing several of Thomson's largest and most complex portfolio management system implementations. Through his project and program management successes with Citisoft, The Rowan Group and Thomson Financial, Tom has amassed extremely deep knowledge of both front and back office processing, analytical applications, client reporting tools and how they are leveraged within the global financial services industry.

Elizabeth Schneider has over 20 years of experience providing investment management systems and operations services to leading firms, including investment managers, mutual fund complexes, and trust companies. Prior to joining Citisoft, Elizabeth was an Associate Partner for IBM Investment Management consulting practice (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers). Elizabeth has established herself as a trusted provider and leader in the industry based on work she has perfromed for her consulting clients, in additon to previous work at buy-side firms including John Hancock Investment Advisors, Mellon Trust, and Fidelity Investments. Ms. Schneider has a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and an M.B.A. from Babson College. |

Christopher Connors is a Principal with over 18 years of investment management industry experience in consulting, advisory, and service provider organizations. Prior to joining Citisoft, Chris was a Vice President at State Street Global Advisors where he was a program manager for a multi-system implementation and the firm's globalization strategy initiative. He spent the prior nine years as a Managing Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting Services where he conducted strategy, operations and technology consulting projects for investment management firms, hedge funds, mutual fund complexes, and securities firms. Mr. Connors began his career at Investors Bank & Trust Company in Boston as an Operations Manager and Project Manager in the domestic custody and treasury areas. |

David Bates is a Citisoft Principal with over 12 years of experience in the investment management industry. David is a proven manager with substantial experience in strategic assessment and design, business process re-engineering, outsourcing, and system implementation. Prior to Citisoft, David held several roles within a major consultancy firm providing services to the asset management industry including efforts to convert over 100 billion dollars in custody assets during a major project at a global asset manager to change their providers for Fund Accounting, Custody and Transfer Agent services. |

Ben is a Citisoft Director with a focus on Practice Development. Prior to joining Citisoft, Ben spent the past 3 years as a Director of Research for the Technology Council at Cutter Associates. He led research analysts, editorial and administrative staff responsible for the delivery of industry-leading research to over 135 global buy-side firms, including eight of the top ten largest investment management firms in the world. Prior to Ben's tenure with Cutter, he spent several years consulting for Macgregor and PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Investment Management space at both the Strategic and Implementation service levels.

Region Manager - Citisoft Asia
Dale Suzuki is responsible for Citisoft's Japan operations and supports Citisoft's activities throughout the Asia-Pacific region. After receiving his degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in the U.S., Suzuki joined the Itochu group as business development manager. His next appointment was Thomson Financial Japan where he was responsible for sales and project management of portfolio management systems at major Japanese and foreign buy-side companies. Suzuki most recently worked at Datastream Systems Japan where he was responsible for all aspects of the Japan operation.
