Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Several years experience working in the investment management industry, whether at asset management firms, software houses or as a consultant
- A track record of successfully delivering change (whether systems or operational) on time and to budget
- Sound project management and/or business analysis skills
- A good knowledge of client industry context and key business drivers

Senior Consultant
Qualified candidates should have approximately 15 years experience in project management and/or business and systems analysis. Candidates should also have a detailed working knowledge of several investment functional areas, along with the service and software providers who support them.
In addition, The candidate should:
- Be comfortable in both project management/leadership roles and project team member/subject matter expert roles in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines, multiple priorities and limited resources
- Demonstrate deep understanding of business and system interactions so that practical and effective solutions are identified to business needs
