Citisoft has helped a number of clients with their IT Infrastructure and vendor relationship management.  Typically offered as a part-time service, we have helped clients to:

Manage their ongoing IT Infrastructure – either remotely, through the use of modern technologies, or through the empowerment of local in-house staff

Effectively plan for future IT growth – using prior IT experience, together with an understanding of your future business and IT needs

Manage vendor relationships – from the initial IT setup and integration into your network, through the on-going change process

This service normally appeals to smaller asset management firms who require IT oversight on a part-time basis, although this service may be provided on a temporary full-time basis to offer cover at a critical time
