Upon selection of the preferred provider, the client engaged Citisoft to manage the global transition and transformation process through completion.
Citisoft was engaged to guide a large, diverse investment management division of a large global insurance firm through the design and implementation of a data architecture to support the broad data storage and reporting requirements of the organization. The Citisoft team was responsible for designing the target data architecture for the firm surrounding the Eagle PACE data warehouse and provided project management, functional & technical consulting, and subject matter expertise for the benefit of the client.
Citisoft was engaged by a leading Investment Manager to conduct a detailed Client Communications Strategy in support of the firm's long-range business goals. The detailed assessment identified key challenges and risks associated with the current resource, process, and technology components of the firm's client communications reporting function and recommended technical and operational improvements to better enable the business' vision.
Citisoft partnered with a Leading Global Asset Manager to develop the design, vision, and objectives for a new data repository within the client reporting platform. This new repository would be the primary source of structured data for all communications released on the platform.
