Jonathan Clark / Citisoft Group CEO / Citisoft PLC

Jonathan Clark is Citisoft Group Chief Executive and a founding partner of Citisoft. Having studied Accounting and Finance at Bristol, Jonathan moved into the investment management sector in the early 1980's and has since undertaken consultancy assignments for many of the most respected financial services institutions in the world. Jonathan has extensive financial business knowledge and direct experience with most areas of investment management, having worked on multiple projects throughout the full investment process. Jonathan is an industry leader and regularly quoted in the press.

Paul Migliore / CEO, Principal / Citisoft Inc
Paul has over 21 years of experience providing investment management systems and operations services to leading firms, including investment managers, mutual fund complexes, insurance companies, and trust companies. Prior to joining Citisoft, Paul was a Partner with IBM Global Business Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers and was responsible for the US Investment Management practice.
 
Paul has extensive business and systems expertise in trading, portfolio management, investment accounting, compliance, performance measurement, and financial reporting.

Steve Young / CEO / Citisoft PLC
Steve brings with him over 30 years of experience in the investment management industry. He provides a blend of business understanding combined with an extensive knowledge of the technology and software landscape along and in depth understanding of the services sector. Prior to joining Citisoft Steve was one of the team that created Rhyme Systems following a management buy-out from Misys PLC, successfully restructuring the business into a leading software and services company. Prior to Rhyme, Steve held senior positions at Thomson Reuters, Extel Financial and Datastream.

Thomas Secaur / COO, Principal / Citisoft Inc

Tom Secaur was a co-founder of The Rowan Group, a boutique investment management consulting firm, and joined Citisoft through their merger with Citisoft in 2002.  Tom has amassed extremely deep knowledge of both front and middle office processing, analytical applications, client reporting tools and how they are leveraged within the global financial services industry.  Prior to The Rowan Group, Tom worked for over eight years at Thomson Financial, successfully managing several of Thomson's largest and most complex portfolio management system implementations.

Peter O'Toole / Principal / Citisoft Inc
Peter O'Toole is a Citisoft Principal with over 20 years of consulting and industry expertise. In his role, Peter is responsible for all aspects of Citisoft's client engagements, including developing new business relationships, advising clients, and crafting solutions to resolve our industry's current challenges. Peter joins Citisoft from Ernst & Young, where he was a partner in the Financial Services and Investment Management practice with the primary responsibility of leading audit and advisory client relationships. Peter's achievement has come as a result of his extensive knowledge of operations, accounting, and financial reporting of all flavors of investment products and their service providers, including mutual funds, hedge funds, common and collective trust funds, managed separate accounts, investment advisors, and transfer agents.

Ken Back / Head of Business Development / Citisoft PLC

Ken Back is a financial services industry specialist with over 30 years experience. Ken has been responsible for strategic outsourcing projects, client acquisitions, divestments, and alliances in a variety of senior positions at firms such as Citigroup, State Street, ISIS, and others.  Ken's experience spans both asset management operations and broad third party administration securities and fund services.  Prior to joining Citisoft, Ken was responsible for developing asset management solutions for back and middle office services in the European market for outsourced administration.

David Bates is a Citisoft Principal with over 11 years of consulting experience servicing the investment management industry. David has extensive experience advising and delivering strategic assessments, design, outsourcing, and system implementation efforts at leading global mutual fund complexes, institutional money managers, hedge funds, and insurance firms. David’s expertise spans the front, middle, and back offices and the full range of functional domains including portfolio management, order management, trade processing, investment accounting, collateral management, compliance, performance, and investment data management.
 
Prior to joining Citisoft, David was a Sr. Managing Consultant at IBM and began his consulting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the US Investment Management Practice. David began his career in the Investment Management industry at First Data/PFPC, holding several roles within investment accounting and administration.

Beth Cavanagh / Principal / Citisoft Inc
Beth Cavanagh is a Citisoft Principal with over 24 years of experience in the investment management industry. Beth has the highest degree of program/project management expertise and has successfully led strategic assessment, process improvement, systems implementation and outsourcing initiatives. Beth is a highly regarded leader with a strong portfolio of front-, middle- and back-office experience spanning institutional, not-for-profit and personal trust clients at some of the leading asset managers in the industry.
 
Prior to joining Citisoft, Beth spent over twenty years in various positions at Columbia Management Group, Inc., the asset management arm of Bank of America, managing strategic efforts during periods of organizational transition including merger and acquisition activities. Beth was a Senior Program and Project Manager where she planned and managed a program of investment system initiatives with a combined budget of more than $10 million, supporting $165 billion in assets under management.

Ian Mainwaring / Principal / Citisoft PLC
Ian Mainwaring joined Citisoft as a Business Consultant. With twenty years experience of Investment Banking and Asset Management, Ian has business, technical and project management knowledge across a broad spectrum of front office trading systems and business areas. Specialising in OTC derivatives including vanilla and exotic interest rate products, credit and loan derivatives, exchange traded derivatives and traditional fixed income products. This business expertise is complimented with a solid technical background of selecting, designing, building and the implementation of key front office trading solutions. Ian is also well versed in areas of hedging, valuation and operational risk management of derivative products.
 
Ian has held a variety of positions across many institutions where he was responsible for amongst others Electronic Trading, Order Management and Algorithmic Trading Systems for cross-asset products, where he provided both business and technical expertise to the front and middle offices.

David Renn / Strategic Account Manager / Citisoft PLC
David Renn has over 30 years experience and an in-depth knowledge of the securities industry . His background has included working for both asset managers and system vendors. In his current role as Strategic Account Manager and Head of Citisoft Plc's Data Management Practice, David carries out consulting work for Citisoft clients including delivery of strategic projects such as developing an investment accounting and pricing strategy for a large, UK-based hedge fund. In addition, David has led critical projects for asset managers including data management system selections and operational data management implementation projects. David's wide spectrum of previous experience also includes work in the areas of order management, compliance, and data aggregation.

Ben is Citisoft's Director of Practice Development. In his role, Ben is responsible for setting direction and driving Citisoft's Marketing, Thought Leadership, and Knowledge Management efforts. Prior to joining Citisoft, Ben spent the past 3 years as a Director of Research for the Technology Council at Cutter Associates. He led research analysts, editorial and administrative staff responsible for the delivery of industry-leading research to over 135 global buy-side firms, including eight of the top ten largest investment management firms in the world. Prior to Ben's tenure with Cutter, he spent several years consulting for Macgregor and PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Investment Management space at both the Strategic and Implementation service levels.
