Operations Roadmap

Citisoft consulting staff have presided over numerous successful Operations Roadmap engagements. In each case, our consultants utilize a series of proven best practices and guiding principles to initially identify a Current State view of pain points and observations across a scope that can include functional areas ranging from Front to Middle to Back Office. We will conduct an operational review of current operational systems, procedures and staffing to facilitate the definition of appropriate operating models as we move into the Future State Phase.

In the Future State, Citisoft will begin the definition of your Target Operating Model, with a goal of establishing a clear definition of the proposed future operational and business state. The Transition and Roadmap Phase will involve the development of the roadmap for transition from current state into an operating model and governance framework to deliver the target business and operational state.
