  • Director

    The primary focus of Citisoft's Directors is delivering consulting services and client relationship management. It is required that the Director has a proven track record of cultivating relationships that can be leveraged in his/her efforts to expand Citisoft’s footprint in the investment management space, while delivering/managing Citisoft engagements. The Director has been exposed to many different situations and scenarios during his/her career and will bring a consultative approach to developing new business. The primary differentiator between Citisoft’s core consulting positions and the Director position is the independence and responsibility level that is inherent in the role. It is expected that the Director will be well-versed in cultivating key client relationships at the executive level; however, the Director's role will also include core responsibilities such as engagement management, business development support, and participating in Citisoft's industry thought leadership activities.

  • Consultant

    The Consultant role requires a strong team player with buy-side investment management experience, subject matter domain expertise, and comfort level working with moderate supervision in a fast-paced client environment. A key aspect of the experience and skillset(s) required for this position is the successful participation and demonstrated track record in a series of implementation-based initiatives within the buy-side investment management technology marketplace. The Consultant position can be equal parts Business Analysis, Project Segment Leadership and Industry Expertise in our niche space. The required experience, professional, and personal skills required for the role include participation in investment management operations and technology projects, proven ability to participate in a Project Track Lead role on engagements with moderate supervision from Senior Management, and excellent interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.

  • Senior Consultant

    The ideal Senior Consultant candidate for Citisoft requires significant buy-side investment management consulting and project management skills and must be comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced, client environment. A key aspect of the experience and skillset(s) required for this position is the demonstration of sustained and repeatable successes in the buy-side investment management technology marketplace. The Senior Consultant position can be construed as equal parts Project Management, Process Improvement, and Industry Expertise in our niche space. The experience, professional skills, and personal skills required for the role include significant experience delivering investment management operations and technology projects (including project management experience), buy-side investment management knowledge including trading operations, data management, performance measurement, client reporting, compliance, investment accounting, and/or financial reporting, and the appetite/enthusiasm/desire to initiate change and execute a strategy.

     
  • Principal Consultant

    The Principal Consultant role requires an individual with extensive consulting and project management skills and will provide an extension of the Citisoft senior executive team on specific client engagements. The level of experience, professionalism, subject matter expertise, and gravitas that is required will enable the seamless transition from the business development process to the vital aspects of delivery and knowledge management that are paramount to Citisoft's success. This position requires resources that can operate with minimal oversight from the senior management team.

    The individual(s) will work alongside the Principals, Directors, and the Consulting staff on a variety of internal and external project initiatives, but will retain the ability to work independently in both a delivery and client relationship management capacity. In short, Principal Consultants will be expected to broaden and deepen relationships with clients through repeatable project successes, the understanding of client needs, and the ability to define pragmatic solutions to those client needs.
