A Leading Asset Manager engaged Citisoft to assess and design a solution to address the firm's outdated technology, highly manual operational processes, and strained support staff. Citisoft executed a high-level review of the firm’s Middle and Back-Office investment operations, focusing on people, process and technology, and delivering a detailed options analysis along with recommendations. In a parallel path, Citisoft also executed an Outsourcing Suitability Assessment to evaluate the organization's alignment for middle office outsourcing. Lastly, Citisoft performed an assessment of front office and client service processes with a goal of optimizing these processes, where possible.
Citisoft was engaged by a Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund to perform a current state assessment of the collateral department, identify areas of risk, and recommend tactical and strategic improvements to the current environment which would minimize counterparty credit risk, operational risk and reduce operational demands. Citisoft identified areas for improvement and synthesized recommendations into tactical projects which would have a quick time to market with few resources. Subsequent to the evaluation and based on Citisoft’s recommendations, a tactical initiative was launched to place controls and enhance processing around our client’s existing processes and technology. Citisoft was retained to assist the client with the execution of the tactical initiatives including project management and implementation.
A leading Investment Advisor engaged Citisoft to manage their PORTIA Re-Platform project, part of the Advisor's Strategic Transformation Plan with the long-term goal of establishing an operating platform which mitigates risk, improves service, and provides scale and flexibility for new products, security-types, channels and regions. The Citisoft team documented and analyzing the current state environment, captured business requirements, and defined an optimal approach for implementation.

A Global Private Bank selected Citisoft to facilitate the Evaluation and Selection of a multi-currency order management, trading, and compliance application to support their equity and fixed-income processes. The Citisoft team was responsible for current and future state assessments, the creation and execution of a complete RFP effort, and the selection and recommendation of a new OMS system.
Citisoft developed a global implementation strategy for a multi-site Order Management System roll-out for a leading global investment management firm. The client looked to Citisoft to assist with the go-forward plan to bring new Portfolio Management, Trading, and Compliance capability to it's business partners; alogn with the full decommissioning of the existing order management system. Citisoft was engaged at multiple levels during the implementation, including providing program management and implementation resources for the multi-phased installation of the Charles River IMS platform.
Citisoft was engaged by a leading global Asset Manager to lead a global transformation of their data management technical architecture, centered around the Eagle PACE solution with a specific goal of creating a single 'golden copy' of the firm's security data. Over the course of the three plus year lifecycle of the initiative, Citisoft led the global program management, business analysis and data mapping, testing for the consolidation of data including Bloomberg, FACTSET, and Servcie Provider-fed data in addition to supporting the data requirements for over 250,000 unique securities across equity, fixed income and derivative instruments.
Citisoft partnered with a Leading Global Asset Manager to develop the design, vision, and objectives for a new data repository within the client reporting platform. This new repository would be the primary source of structured data for all communications released on the platform. Citisoft performed an in depth review of the current state of the client communication technology and processes, and proposed a future state design.
