A large, Global Asset Manager engaged Citisoft to perform a strategic review of their middle and back office operations and technology. Citisoft worked with the client to understand the business drivers for their business, assess the manager's current operations capabilities, and conduct a detailed evaluation to determine if middle office outsourcing would be a viable option for the business. As a result of the engagement, the client decided to retain primary responsibility for it's operations but make investments in key technologies including new performance and client communications platforms.

Citisoft was engaged by a Global Private Bank's Investment Management division to evaluate options for improving their middle and back-office operating model. Citisoft conducted a thorough analysis of the firm's operations, ultimately leading to the decision to outsource the firm's middle and back office processes to a third-party administrator. Through this assessment and transition effort, the client was able to achieve the focus it desired on it's front office competency, while gaining an important processing partner for future asset growth.
