Citisoft’s Dhanya Dhiraj shortlisted for Consultant of the Year at MCA Awards 2026

Citisoft today announced that Dhanya Dhiraj, Director, has been named a finalist in the Team Leader Consultant of the Year category for the Management Consultancies Association’s (MCA) Awards 2026.

The MCA Awards 2026 highlight how the consulting sector continues to deliver value for clients, from improving productivity and managing costs to strengthening cyber resilience and implementing AI. A total of 45 firms have been shortlisted across project and individual categories, with small medium enterprises (SMEs) representing 60% of all finalists. The awards span 21 main categories, alongside Team Leader of the Year, Best New Consultancy, The Times Consultant of the Year, and Project of the Year.
Dhanya’s shortlisting reflects her leadership in delivering some of Citisoft’s largest and most complex, high-risk transformation programmes across EMEA for investment management clients. With over 18 years of experience, she is recognised for her expertise in middle office operations and derivatives, and for her ability to design and implement target operating models and large-scale change initiatives across global organisations.
The MCA Awards are a longstanding fixture in the UK consulting calendar, celebrating excellence across firms, individuals, and client engagements for more than 25 years. Winners will be announced later in the year following a rigorous judging process involving independent industry experts from across business, government, and academia.
