Paul provides strategic, systems, and operations services to the world’s leading investment management companies. Prior to joining Citisoft, he was the lead partner with PwC Consulting (IBM Global Business Services) and was responsible for its US Investment Management practice. Paul has extensive business and systems expertise in all areas of asset management operations and still participates in many of Citisoft’s strategic engagements as a subject matter expert and client relationship partner. He is actively involved in industry conferences and is called upon as a thought leader to provide general trends and perspectives on the current state of the investment management industry.
Tom has been instrumental in the rapid growth of Citisoft’s asset management consulting brand since it joined with The Rowan Group in 2002. He has responsibility for corporate functions including business development, operations, client relationship management and practice development. During his tenure with Citisoft, Tom has managed operations and technology transformations ranging from strategic initiatives to evaluation/selection and implementation programs. Tom has amassed extremely deep knowledge of front-, middle-, and back-office processing, with a particular focus on investment accounting, client reporting, data management, middle-office outsourcing, and performance measurement. He is a frequent contributor to industry thought leadership and speaks at conferences globally, leveraging his expertise on a wide range of investment management topics.
David is Managing Partner of Citisoft's North America business and part of the executive management team responsible for Citisoft’s operations. He has a long track record of developing operational and technology strategies and leading complex transformation initiatives. David has experience working with investment firms, asset owners, hedge funds, and insurance firms with a focus on aligning technical and operating capabilities to business objectives. He began his consulting career in the US Investment Management Practice at PwC.
David has over 20 years of experience delivering strategic change within the investment management industry and oversees Citisoft’s EMEA practice. He has worked with asset managers, service providers, software vendors, and regulators throughout the world and has experience across the institutional, retail, wealth, and alternative sectors. David has extensive subject matter expertise across the investment management value-chain and has delivered recent strategic transformations across investment operations, fund accounting, transfer agency, custody, performance, data management, and reporting. David has lived and worked in the major financial centres of Europe, US, and Asia.
Ben leads partnerships with investment managers, supports the advisory needs of Citisoft’s global client base, and helps C-level executives make informed decisions on technology and operations direction. He is a recognized industry leader on topics including technology strategy, operating models, investment operations outsourcing, data management, and front-office technology. Ben's extensive delivery experience allow him to offer pragmatic solutions and counsel industry leaders.
Christine supports the advisory needs of Citisoft’s global client base and is responsible for growing the North American consulting practice with a specific focus on the Canadian marketplace. Fluent in English and French, Christine has strong analytical, mathematical, technical, and project management capabilities and a superior track record creating new teams, processes, and services.
During the 20+ years Jenny has spent within buy-side investment management operations and technology, she has developed expertise in virtually all facets of the global investment management business. Jenny has led client success for front, middle, and back office initiatives across a diverse set of clients including hedge fund managers, institutional asset managers, retail asset managers, insurance companies, and service providers. She has built strong relationships in the software and services space and currently leads Citisoft's vendor relations program.
Chris has decades of experience serving financial services firms in a variety of business development and leadership roles. He has deep expertise in data infrastructure, fintech integration, alternatives, and digital assets. Before joining Citisoft, Chris successfully led business development for Finastra’s global managed services business and KPMG’s UK investment management practice. He has also driven the global growth for leading system vendors including BlackRock Solutions and Charles River Development.

David has 25 years of experience in the investment management industry as an operations director, solution architect, program manager, and process consultant. David has worked with some of the world’s largest asset owners, investment managers and service providers. He has driven numerous large-scale initiatives including strategic assessments, operating model transformations, process improvements, evaluation and selections, outsourcing transitions, and software implementations.
Colleen has a vast breadth and depth of experience transforming the operations and technology of the industry’s largest global investment managers and service providers. She has a wealth of IT project management and operations knowledge and a record of excellence in program and complex project management. Colleen has delivered successful large-scale programs for system selections and development and implementation for trading, investment accounting, performance, tax reporting, and data warehouses. Prior to joining Citisoft, she served as a consultant in the US Investment Management Practice at PwC.
Rory Gage has over 30 years of experience in financial services, including 20 years providing business consulting to investment managers. He is a recognised industry leader with extensive expertise in asset management operations, operating model design, risk and controls frameworks, outsourcing, and regulatory change. Rory has successfully delivered numerous large-scale change initiatives for many leading global investment managers. Prior to joining Citisoft, he served as Head of Asset Management at Capco.
David Yardley has 30 years of experience in the investment management industry in roles including program management, solution architecture, advisory, strategy, and enterprise data management. David has managed numerous large-scale programs including strategic assessments, operating model transformations, process improvement, evaluation and selection, outsourcing transitions, and software implementations. David is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has worked for many of the world's leading asset owners, investment managers, and service providers.
Jay has over 36 years of experience servicing the industry including working for and with some of the world’s largest investment managers and service providers. Jay has driven delivery engagements across the investment management spectrum with a focus on front, middle, and back office transformations. Prior to joining Citisoft, he served as Head of Data Program Services at Invesco.
