A new study from Cerulli Associates cites that managing cost and risk is driving 95% of asset managers to outsource. With cost-savings top of mind, many companies need a clear understanding of the upfront cost associated with outsourcing transitions. Ignites spoke to Citisoft CEO, Paul Migliore, about industry norms when assessing outsourcing transition costs: "Often the initial cost is “baked in” to a company's estimates," however he also notes, "some large functions could cost firms over $25 million to outsource."
