Tom Secaur was recently featured in Global Custodian to discuss a new Georgia bill permitting the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia to invest in alternatives. If passed by the House of Representatives, this would create new opportunities for service providers.
"From a technology standpoint and from an operations standpoint, it falls right into the lap of a number of the service providers, provided that they are investing into that space," said Tom.
