Rory is a recognised industry leader with extensive expertise in asset management operations, operating model design, risk and controls frameworks, outsourcing, and regulatory change, delivering numerous large-scale change initiatives for global investment managers. Prior to joining Citisoft, he served as Head of Asset Management at Capco.
