Investing in Future Talent: Citisoft’s Insights Programme in Action

At Citisoft, we believe in the power of education and mentorship to create meaningful change. Through our EMEA Insights programme, we work to equip future talent with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to thrive in the financial services industry.

These initiatives reflect our commitment to breaking barriers within the sector. 

Our work with Anglia Ruskin University

As part of this commitment, we have partnered with Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) to provide students with real-world insights and career development opportunities. 

Over the last few months, the Citisoft team has delivered Live Briefs on:

• Introduction to Citisoft and our role in financial services
• The application of artificial intelligence in investment management

These sessions were part of ARU’s International Business Strategy module, where our team also provided feedback on Masters students' presentations covering DEI, AI, private vs. public ownership models, and CEO failures. 

Beyond the classroom, we supported ARU’s employability programmes. Through careers advice, mock interviews, and insight days, students gained critical skills that enhance their career readiness.

Our partnership with ARU builds on previous initiatives. In 2023 Citisoft delivered a series of lectures to almost 60 undergraduate and postgraduate students on the "Fundamentals of Investment Management." This lecture series was part of the ARU Certificate for Professional Development programme.

Our support of icanyoucantoo

Social enterprise icanyoucantoo champions social mobility by supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds. The initiative provides mentorship, career guidance, and access to industry leaders, helping participants build confidence and networks that drive success.
