He is skilled and uniquely experienced in professional services, customer experience, technology, product management, and financial services. Michael spent most of his career providing leadership and direction on complex, strategic initiatives for asset managers and service providers. Prior to joining Citisoft, he led product and market strategy for firms including Eagle Investment Systems and BNY Mellon.
